Replacements

All Dry Erase undertakes constant reviews of its packaging and delivery partners. In spite of this, we do experience a small percentage of products arriving damaged.

Please be sure to inspect your All Dry Erase products upon delivery. Should you find any visual signs of damage such as torn corners, footprints, tire marks or dents on the external packaging, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and take a picture before the driver leaves.
Let us know as soon as possible that there is damage to the order when it arrived.  If the customer signs for the product as damaged and then lets us know that the board is damaged, they will receive a free replacement.

As a company, we have a very short period of time in which we can claim against national carriers for damage in transit. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Returns

We do not accept returns on custom items, such as custom printed whiteboards, or boards in non-standard sizes. Charges for standard returns are 15% of the price of the product, or $25.00, whichever is greater, plus return shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). To be eligible for a return credit, all products must be in pristine condition and remain in their original packaging. We must also be notified within 24 hours of the receipt of goods.

Terms

Returns for items that are unwanted will be at All Dry Erase’ discretion.

Although we offer a large range of standard products, most of these products are made to order. As a result, we will not accept return of goods for refund or credit unless specifically agreed. If you do wish to return one of our products, please contact our Sales / Customer Service staff who are always available by telephone at 484-472-6679. They will be able to advise you about your request.

Any approved returns can only be accepted for exchange or credit providing goods are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
